SAAS Products
Our SAAS products (AI Voice, AI Chat, and Automations) follow these refund terms:
- 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions
- Refunds only available for unused subscription periods
- No refunds on partially used monthly/annual subscriptions
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
Marketing Services
For marketing services:
- Project Cancellation: Minimum 7-day written notice required before project start
- Active Projects: No refunds once work has commenced
- Retainer Services: 30-day written notice required for cancellation
- Deposits: Non-refundable after work has begun
- Milestone Payments: Non-refundable for completed work
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development work
- Completed marketing deliverables
- Used API credits
- Training or consultation sessions already delivered
- Setup or onboarding fees
Refund Process
- Submit refund request to info@clickflowgrow.com
- Include:
- Account details
- Service/subscription details
- Reason for refund
- Expect response within 48 hours
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Service Cancellations
For ongoing services:
- Provide written notice to info@clickflowgrow.com
- Complete minimum notice period (7 days for projects, 30 days for retainers)
- Settle any outstanding payments
- Receive final deliverables/exports of your data
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions for:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Failure to meet guaranteed service levels
- Major system outages exceeding 24 hours
